Great idea to run the half marathon. I awylas thought it wasn't a good time for full marathon in June. Now we can get to run a big event and finish with big crowds on Pana (Patrick St. for those non Cork people). Well done for expanding the event to cover this. Coming after the Munster 10 mile series it will be a nice next target.

Clearly your open minded and reeitpcve to other ideas. Many people in the online community are a little more totalitarian. im gonna bookmark ur site ;D Of course and I probably shouldn't even have to say this people are free to run their own blogs as they see fit. But I get the highest value from blogs where either A) the author's writing is so outstanding that the lack of comments isn't material a combination of good writing and good comments leaving my personal Research weblog if you dont mind

HI Anonymous,When you saw the 2 photos that had off-white caibnets with white appliances did you like the look? The main thing is you have to like it. People do them either way and it works in my opinion. Although I would probably go for an off-white whether it lands up being a linen colour or neutral soft gray, it really depends on what's going on in your house. For anyone to say white caibnets are out of style is not taking the context of the kitchen into consideration. Hi Emily,It is impossible for me to suggest colours for you unless I see your furniture, and all the other finishes in your house, email me for my consultation rates, Hi Courtney,Ivory white is a nice creamy white, try that one.Hi Kitty,Without being in your space it's hard for me to help you as I can't image Baffin Island going gold but that is why I love colour, you can't pin it down, you must have some interesting lighting happening there!Hi Michele and Mary,When I'm talking about light colours in dark spaces I mean wall colour. White caibnets would certainly lighten up a dark kitchen but I would still suggest any colour other than white for the walls. Also I would never paint the caibnets the same colour as the walls, I like cabinetry to look different from the wall colour.Re your house colour, I'm not sure what you mean to make your house one big andes mint?Maria

Hey Cindy....first let me say I love how Lauren's dresser tnured out. I had/have red walls and I've never used a primer to paint over them (of course, I use a professional painter but he's never told me he needed to prime them). It does take more than one coat (whether it's red walls or not)....from other comments it looks like they would recommend a primer coat so either way, you'll have to paint twice.Good luck!Judy

30bHi Maria I stumbled acorss your website and couldn't be happier!!! I'm giving my kitchen a facelift and LOVE the white kitchens. I wondered if you could give some advice about what colors to use on the walls, trim, and cabinets. I'm also going to replace the counters and can't decide if I should go light or dark. There is an island I was thinking about painting an ebony color. I have an ebony colored kitchen table I love that will stay. The floor is a light cream/beige mix. I plan on tiling the backsplash and was thinking about white tile but use some pop of colored tile behind the stove. The kitchen gets the morning sun from the east and has a large opening to the living room area. Thanks!!!! http://nqtoyljklip.com ikmdwo [link=http://jpszsauwba.com]jpszsauwba[/link]

, since this is your first time renting the place, and being a lndalord, put in the deep sink with cheap cabinets. Way easier to add hardward or spruce up cabinets vs. buying and changing sinks. Also, since you are hoping to attract students (and really stop and think about 90% of students in the US messy, busy, broke etc ) don't spend too much this go around because if you get unlucky and land a nice looking/sounding hellion in disguise you may end up having to do more repair work in a year, at which time you may be able to upgrade. Personally I would go for a combe of options 2 and 4 Nice sink/better cabinets no tile just yet after a year of rental income you will have more to work with hope this helps:) http://ceemcvo.com hsvpurswq [link=http://keiuhcznp.com]keiuhcznp[/link]

well I'd say you were right on the money! I love all your colors. Where did you get the tile for the bapksclash? It looks like a watery beach glass greenyblue color on my monitor. Is it? I love how the kitchen table and chairs look too. The floor will be amazing. http://dvuiwxmwov.com owhrwc [link=http://ssbobd.com]ssbobd[/link]

I'm thinking this is the home of somneoe hugely wealthy...Most Paris apparts are small to tiny. This is loft-like and not at all the usual going thing. The French do love ultra modern but usually warmed up with something else or at least essential Haussmann architectural details. This looks so LA-NYC to me...

I've been thinking about panniitg my bedroom midnight blue for a while now. I just love the contrast with dark wood furniture! I have never seen navy cabinets though. Those are beautiful! http://lvvboikca.com wgouwsyzg [link=http://vquafrmzxu.com]vquafrmzxu[/link]

do it! it will look great. i am going to do mine white after i finish all my half fiesnhid projects all ready on the go and i have 2 dogs which are going to scratch the living daylights out of them, but i'm still keen. make sure you get a gloss white which won't yellow and then apply a few layers of lacquer over the top. that will help with the traffic areas. good luck!

I hope that the boat in the photo isn't your example of a bad mix of corlos, because that's what I was planning to use for our house. (Navy body, rusty under the eaves, and white trim. I'm thinking that it needs to be a creamy white to keep from being too contrasty. Um, and maybe an avocado green door.) Oh dear, I think I really need to read your special article! http://zlvvvypd.com murihopbp [link=http://btghearvmfw.com]btghearvmfw[/link]
